Grown in a high-density plantation system, our olive trees are mechanically harvested at the optimum point of maturity. Then, in our facilities located at the heart of our 2,500 hectares field, we extract and bottle our oil, just a few hours after harvest.
This minimizes handling and oxidation, while ensuring we achieve the coveted <0.2% acidity level that only the best extra virgin olive oils can offer.
