The Colchagua Valley in Chile has a climate very similar to the Mediterranean, where almost 87% of the world’s olives are grown.
Its dry summers and rainy winters, cool breezes from the Andes and the Pacific, producing wide temperature differences between day and night, make the fruit grow slowly on the trees, allowing a greater concentration of aromas and flavors. The valley is world famous for its high-quality wines, whose soils are very well suited for growing olive trees.
“We let nature make the olives, so we can make the olive oil.”
